Black Screen Records is a record label, online shop and distributor for video game and anime soundtracks based in Cologne, Germany.
The label was founded by Kevin Schulz in 2015 - since then, we have released over 80 video game soundtracks on vinyl, CD & digitally and have produced high-quality vinyl collector’s editions for Divinity: Original Sin II, A Plague Tale: Innocence, The Medium, BattleTech, Dear Esther, VA-11 HALL-A, Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty and many others.
We offer full vinyl and CD manufacturing services, distribute and sell our physical soundtrack releases through leading independent music distributors and help to promote and publish game soundtracks digitally on over 500+ streaming services and music platforms worldwide. We also run one of the biggest online stores for game soundtracks on vinyl and currently have over 700 different titles listed on our website. In October 2021, Black Screen Records opened a retail store and pop-up space for games and music in Cologne.
